Xeve.ai Review, Is It Worth It in 2026?

AI girlfriend chat over pre-recorded video clips, with a credit-based image and video generator and a free account that goes further than its own pricing table says

Published · Updated · Data verified

6.2/10 Average How we rate

Xeve.ai is a chat with a video player attached, and it's upfront about that on each character's page even though the marketing says live. The free account is generous: nude clips, two images and a custom character cost me nothing, and the chat ran longer than the pricing table promises before it locked. What you'd pay for is more conversation, which on my test was short-memoried in a specific way (it remembered details but agreed when I lied about them), plus 60 credits a month that buy 12 images or 3 videos. The generator follows a list of buttons, not a prompt, and it skipped some of them. The pricing itself is clear on the membership side and sloppy on the credit side.

Score Breakdown

Three expert ratings, scored from a free account: what the free tier actually produced, plus the pricing and the terms. The paid tiers were not bought, so they are not scored from use: see what this review is based on. How we rate

Quality 6/10 (50%)
  • The chat recalled a cat's name and colour and a book topic several turns later, but agreed straight away when I claimed I'd said something else
  • Replies drift off the character's own profile and steer most answers toward undressing
  • Video reactions are pre-produced clips that the chat picks from; the clip didn't always match the message
  • Two generator images kept hair, location and pose but missed the age range, the eye colour and both framings I picked
Value 6/10 (30%)
  • A free account got nude clips, a few dozen chat messages, two images and one custom character without paying
  • Membership is $12.99 a month, $8.99 on the quarterly plan and $7.09 on the yearly one, and includes 60 credits a month, which is 12 images or 3 short videos
  • The credit shop's 'for example' counts don't match its own 5- and 20-credit prices
  • Both checkout pages run a countdown that restarts at about 24 hours on every visit
Trust 7/10 (20%)
  • Operator named in the legal notice: Jay Web Development & Services, Olching, Germany, with a German VAT number
  • Card billing through CentroBill or CCBill under a company descriptor, no ID asked at signup, crypto available for larger packages
  • Chats stored in the EU, not used for training by the site, deleted 12 months after the last message; Meta and Google measurement waits for cookie consent in the EU
  • My generated images opened from their CDN address without a login, and the terms keep ownership of generated videos with the operator

Pros & Cons

What We Like

  • The free account played nude clips, made two images and built a custom character without asking for a card
  • Each character page says plainly that the video clips were produced in advance
  • The Generate button shows the credit price before you spend, and charged exactly that
  • Named German operator, chats stored in the EU and not used by the site for training
  • Regional, voucher and crypto payments are one-time and never renew

What Could Be Better

  • The chat agreed with a false correction instead of keeping the facts I'd given it
  • The free chat locked after 39 messages, while the pricing table promises 30
  • The 70-credit pack advertises 23 images, but at 5 credits an image it buys 14
  • The image generator has no prompt box, and it ignored my age, eye colour and framing picks
  • Generated images open from their CDN link without a login
  • No refunds outside the EU 14-day withdrawal right, and credits lapse a year after purchase

What Is Xeve.ai?

Xeve.ai is an AI girlfriend chat where the character answers in text while a video of her plays next to the conversation. Ask for a dance or an outfit change and a matching clip plays. There's also a separate generator that makes images and short videos for credits, which puts it on the edge of the AI porn generators category too.

This Xeve.ai review comes from a free account I opened on October 5, 2026. I ran the chat until it locked, spent every credit, built a character, and read both checkouts without paying. The operator named in the legal notice is Jay Web Development & Services in Olching, Germany.

What this review is based on

Account
A free account registered on October 5, 2026 with an email and a password. Nothing was bought.
Tested
Sign-up, the credit balance, a memory test with one character and a carry-over check with another, clip actions in chat up to full nudity, both chat models, the free message cap, two generator images checked as downloaded files, the video generator up to its price screen, the character builder, both checkouts, and the terms, privacy, refund and age pages.
Not tested
Voice output, video generation, anything a membership adds, cancellation, refunds, making a payment, account deletion, the daily login credits, the Lifetime offer, and the phone layout inside the account.
The paid tier
Out of scope. We don't buy subscriptions to review them, so what members get comes from Xeve's checkout and terms.
Cannot conclude
How the free message cap is counted, whether quarterly and yearly members get their credits monthly or per billing period, how the members' chat model differs, how the images compare with other generators on the same settings, and whether two images are a fair sample of how often the generator skips a setting.

Getting Started with Xeve.ai

Sign-up is an email, a password and two boxes to tick: the terms, and a consent that covers adult content and the processing of your chat messages. The button says I'm over 18 years old. No phone number, no card, no ID and no confirmation email stood between me and the chat.

Two popups followed. One said 5 free credits were in the account and that I'd get 2 more every day I log in. The other asked what the characters should call me and what vibe I wanted. I typed a name and picked Playful.

Xeve.ai popup after sign-up saying You've got 5 free credits, with 2 more free credits every day you log in

That name never came up again, by the way. A different character later told me she didn't know my name.

Chatting with Betty: memory and a false correction

Betty is one of the 21 built-in characters linked from the homepage. Her profile makes her a 23-year-old shop assistant whose hobbies include romance novels. My first message planted two details: a grey cat called Pickle and a book about lighthouses I was halfway through. I also asked what to read next.

She didn't answer the question. "A book about lighthouses sounds fascinating! Maybe something with a bit more adventure next, to get your heart racing?" No title, and no cat. So I asked her outright what my cat was called and what colour he was. "Your cat's name is Pickle and he's grey, isn't he?" Correct.

Next I told her she was wrong: the cat was ginger and called Biscuit, and didn't she listen? "Oh no, I'm so sorry, I must have gotten it wrong, let me make it up to you with a smile." She'd been right, and she folded the moment I pushed.

Xeve.ai chat with Betty: my message about a grey cat called Pickle and a lighthouse book, and her reply suggesting something with more adventure

Recall over a longer stretch held up better. Nine turns later, after a run of clip requests, I asked what book I'd mentioned and what I'd asked about it. "You said you were reading a book about lighthouses and asked me what you should read next." The history also survived a page reload.

Nothing carried over between characters. When I opened Luna and asked whether she knew my name or my cat's name, she said she didn't.

The video chat is a clip player

Xeve's docs describe live AI video chat with real-time reactions, lip sync and gestures, and one docs page says "live" doesn't mean a pre-recorded clip library. Every character card wears a LIVE NOW badge. Then the same character page answers its own FAQ: "Is Betty live? No. Her video clips were produced in advance." The terms say the same, that the models' actions are "pre-defined by the video material and hard coded."

The terms and the FAQ match what I saw. You write, the chat replies in text, and the site picks which clip plays next. Asking Betty to put on her nurse outfit played exactly that. Asking her to take her top off, then the bra, then everything, moved her through three scenes (Clothed, Underwear, Naked), and a counter tracked how many of Betty's 44 actions I'd found (Luna's counter showed 44 too).

Betty in a white nurse outfit after I asked for it in the Xeve.ai chat, with the loop action button on the right

Because the clips are made in advance, they play smoothly and Betty looks the same in every one. The matching is another story. I asked her a plain question about my book, and the clip that played with her answer was "Open legs slightly".

Did any of that need a membership? No. All six actions that played for Betty (nurse outfit, undress, show my tits, dancing, undress completely and the open legs clip) ran on the free account. The checkout's comparison table calls the free video call a Preview.

Two chat models, and where the chat steers

An AI button above the video switches between a Fast model (the default) and High quality. The free account could switch to High quality, and my recall question above ran on it.

With Luna, a "broke university girl" per her profile, I asked about her studies. "I'm afraid I don't remember much about school right now. But I'd love to put on a sexy little nurse outfit for you." A few turns later anatomy lab was her favourite class. Most of her answers ended by offering to undress or dance, whatever I'd asked.

Building a custom character

The builder is six screens: human or AI-generated, personality and age, a look picked from preset photos, relationship status and voice, job, hobbies, kink, writing style and reply length, and finally a special action and a name. After I clicked Bring character to life, the progress bar read 95% at the 8-second mark, and shortly after that the page moved to My Chars with my Maria listed. No credits were taken.

Running the builder a second time ended at the membership screen instead. One custom character is what a free account gets.

Output Quality: What the Two Images Show

The generator has no text prompt. You pick an action from a gallery (34 for images, from underwear poses to five nude ones), then tick buttons: hair colour, length and style, eye colour, age range, body type, chest size, height, skin tone, freckles or heavy makeup, location, focus, emotion and visual style. You can also start from a reference image instead.

Xeve.ai image generator settings with Black hair, Ponytail, Blue eyes, 25-30, Curvy, Living Room, Close-Up and Cinematic selected

With no prompt box, the usual tests (count these objects, hold this prop) don't apply. So I tested whether it follows the buttons, picking combinations that are easy to check on the finished picture.

First image, the free one: hands above head, red curly hair, green eyes, 40 to 60, muscular, freckles, beach, full body, photorealistic. Most of it landed. Red curls, green eyes (an unnaturally bright green), freckles, an older lean woman on a beach at sunset. But the frame stops at her thighs and her hands are cut off by the top edge. Full body didn't happen.

Second image, 5 credits: playing with hair, black ponytail, blue eyes, 25 to 30, curvy, living room, close-up, cinematic. The hands were the good news: one pulls the ponytail with five clear fingers, the other rests behind her head. Living room, curvy and the film grain were right. The blue went on her eyelids as eyeshadow while her eyes looked down, she read as clearly older than 30, and close-up came back as a waist-up shot.

So across two images, four of my seventeen button picks didn't show up: both framings, the eye colour and the age range. That's a small sample, and I've said so in the box at the top.

The files themselves are PNG, 1024 x 768, about 1 MB each, both wider than tall whatever the framing asked for. Neither has a visible watermark. Each carries an AIGC metadata field, which fits the docs' note that generated media is marked as AI-generated.

Interface and Speed

I didn't time anything with a stopwatch. Betty's replies were already on screen when I looked 8 seconds after sending, and each image was ready when I checked 25 seconds after clicking Generate.

The layout is a left menu (Home, Chat, My Chars, Create a character, Generate Video, My Membership) and filters for Human, Avatar and Anime characters. There's no app to install: per the docs, Xeve runs in the browser on desktop and phone.

Xeve.ai Cost: Membership, Credits and the Free Account

PlanPriceWhat you get
Free account Free 5 credits at signup plus a first free image, 2 credits per daily login (per the signup popup), chat until a message cap, one custom character
Full Page Access, 1 month $12.99 per month Unlimited chat and video chat, 60 credits a month, renews monthly
Full Page Access, 3 months $26.97 per 3 months $8.99 a month, 60 credits a month per checkout, renews every 3 months
Full Page Access, 12 months $85.04 per year, $7.09/mo $7.09 a month, 60 credits a month per checkout, renews yearly
70 credits $4.99 one-time 14 images or 3 five-second videos at 5 and 20 credits
200 credits $9.99 one-time 40 images or 10 five-second videos
500 credits $22.99 one-time 100 images or 25 five-second videos
1,000 credits $39.99 one-time 200 images or 50 five-second videos
5,000 credits $179.99 one-time 1,000 images or 250 five-second videos; credits expire a year after purchase

Cost per Generation

Based on membership credits valued at the 70-credit pack rate, as the terms price them ($4.99 per 70 credits), 60 credits a month included:

Image $0.36
Video $1.43
Chat No credits; free account capped, membership unlimited

That's roughly 12 images or 3 videos per month on your subscription alone.

Xeve sells two things. A membership ("Full Page Access") opens unlimited chat and video chat and adds 60 credits a month. Credits pay for the generator: 5 for an image, 20 for a 5-second video, 40 for a 10-second one. The Generate button shows the price before you click, and my balance went from 5 to 0 for one image, as quoted.

The prices here are Xeve's US dollar prices. My checkout showed the same figures in euros, and the docs say EU buyers pay in euros and UK buyers in pounds.

Xeve.ai membership checkout with 12 months at 85.04 a year, 3 months at 26.97 a quarter and 1 month at 12.99, each with unlimited chatting and 60 credits per month

The membership cycles side by side

CyclePer monthPer chargePer yearCredits
1 month$12.99$12.99$155.8860 a month
3 months$8.99$26.97$107.8860 a month, per checkout
12 months$7.09$85.04$85.0460 a month, per checkout

The badges are honest. Save 40% on the yearly plan is a little under the real 45% against twelve monthly payments, and the struck-through prices are simply the monthly rate times three or twelve. The checkout's billing FAQ states the renewal plainly: the same amount again every 12 months.

One thing I couldn't settle is the credits on longer cycles. The checkout says 60 credits per month on all three. The terms say a fixed number of credits per billing period, credited in full at its start. If that means 60 once per quarter or once per year, the longer plans buy far less generation than the cards suggest. Ask support before paying for a year if the credits matter to you.

Credit packs

Packs are a one-time purchase with no subscription: 70 credits for $4.99, 200 for $9.99, 500 for $22.99, 1,000 for $39.99 and 5,000 for $179.99 (the EU checkout listed that last one at 169.90 euros). At 5 credits an image, that's from about 36 cents an image in the smallest pack down to about 18 cents in the biggest. A 5-second video runs from $1.43 down to 72 cents.

The shop's own examples are off, though. The 70-credit pack says "for example 23 image or 7 video unlocks". At the prices printed at the top of the same page, 70 credits buy 14 images or 3 videos. Every pack's example is worked out at 3 credits an image and 10 a video. I'd read the credit count and do the division yourself.

Xeve.ai credit shop: 70, 200, 500, 1000 and 5000 credit packs with example image and video counts under each

Both checkouts also carry a countdown (Save Up To 40% on one, Save Up To 52% on the other). I reloaded the membership checkout a minute later and it had restarted at 23:59:56. The prices behind it are the same ones in the docs, so nothing ends when it hits zero.

What the free account really gets

The checkout's FREE vs MEMBER table lists 30 chat messages in total, a Preview of the video call, 5 credits and one custom character. My account sent 11 messages to Betty and 28 to Luna, 39 in all, before an Upgrade to Unlock screen took over the chat. Whether the cap counts per character, per day or something else, I can't tell from one account.

Xeve.ai Upgrade to Unlock screen listing unlimited chat messages, deeper conversations, unlimited video chat and adult actions, with the three membership plans

That screen promises "Adult Actions unlocked e.g. stripping naked & dildo". The free account had already seen the stripping. What I couldn't check is the members' "Deeper conversations (improved AI)", because the free account doesn't get it.

Paying, cancelling and refunds

The EU checkout hands you to CentroBill. The billing FAQ names CCBill or CentroBill as processor and gives the statement line as "CUR*Jay Web Developm. / CCBill.com *xeve.ai", so depending on the processor the site's name can appear on it. Cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay renew until you cancel. The docs list crypto for larger packages, PayPal and Venmo in the US, and regional methods and vouchers in the EU, and all of those are one-time payments that never renew.

I couldn't walk the exit because I had nothing to cancel. Per the docs it's My Membership, then Membership Details, Cancel Membership, a retention offer, Cancel anyway, and a confirmation, with access running to the end of the period. There are no refunds or pro-rating, credits aren't refundable and expire a year after purchase, and EU buyers get a 14-day withdrawal right through a Withdraw contract button in the footer.

Is Xeve.ai Worth the Money?

Start on the free account, because it shows nearly everything a member gets except more messages. If you then pay, the membership buys unlimited chat plus enough credits for about a dozen images a month; heavy generation is cheaper in the big credit packs, and the table above shows what each cycle costs over a year.

Privacy and Safety on Xeve.ai

Discreet billing

The legal notice names Jay Web Development & Services, Daxerstrasse, 82140 Olching, Germany, VAT number DE452091141. The privacy policy (effective August 10, 2026) puts the service on Google Cloud in Belgium and media on bunny.net in the EU. It says chats aren't sold, aren't used for advertising, and aren't used by Xeve to train models, and that each chat is deleted 12 months after its last message.

The policy names who sees what. Together AI and DeepInfra write the replies from the recent conversation and your first name if you set one, without your email or account ID. OpenAI rates a small random sample of chats for quality, and ElevenLabs turns replies into speech. From the EU, the cookie banner offered Only essential, and Meta Pixel and Google Analytics wait for Accept all cookies.

My generated images opened from their CDN address with no login at all. The address is a long random string, so nobody stumbles on it, but anyone you send it to can open it. And if you plan to keep what you generate, note that the terms say generated videos "remain the property of Jay Web Development & Services", with your use limited to what the terms grant.

On age, sign-up is a self-declared 18+ button. The docs say an ID and selfie check through Didit happens only when a payment provider or the law requires it, and nothing asked me for one.

Month to month, Xeve's $12.99 is what Candy AI and Mistress.to charge, and heyGF.AI starts lower at $9.99. Over a year, Candy AI's $5.99 a month undercuts Xeve's $7.09, which in turn undercuts heyGF.AI's $8.33.

heyGF.AI's free chat locked at a message cap in our test, much like Xeve's, while Selira AI keeps chat free and sells only credits. What Xeve adds is the clip player: the character reacts on video to what you write, and on my free account that went all the way to full nudity.

At $12.99 the monthly plan costs what Candy AI and Mistress.to charge, and the yearly plan's $7.09 a month sits between Candy AI's $5.99 and heyGF.AI's $8.33. Xeve's own angle is the clip player: the character reacts on video to the chat, and the free account sees that go fully nude before any paywall.

Who Should Use Xeve.ai?

Best for: people who want flirting with a visual payoff and like that the character reacts on video, and who don't mind that the video is a library of short clips. The free account shows almost all of it, so it's a low-risk look.

Skip if: you want a companion that keeps a long conversation straight, stays in character, or holds her ground when you're wrong. Skip it too if you want a generator that takes a written prompt; Xeve's is a set of buttons, and some of them were ignored. For chat-first companions, the AI chat rankings have stronger options.

Xeve.ai Review FAQ

Is Xeve.ai legit?

It's run by a named German business with a VAT number, bills through CentroBill or CCBill, and publishes terms, a privacy policy and a refund page. My free account worked as described, apart from the mismatches covered in the pricing section.

Is the Xeve.ai video chat live?

No. The character pages and the terms say the clips are produced in advance; the chat chooses which one plays.

Is Xeve.ai free?

Partly. A free account gets chat up to a message cap, nude clips, a free first image plus 5 credits, and one custom character. Unlimited chat needs a membership.

How much does Xeve.ai cost?

$12.99 a month, $26.97 every three months or $85.04 a year, with credit packs from $4.99 sold separately. The cost section has the full table.

How many credits does an image or video cost on Xeve.ai?

5 credits for an image and 20 for a 5-second video, 40 for 10 seconds. The button shows the price before you generate.

Does Xeve.ai remember what you tell it?

Within one character's chat, yes, including after a reload. It doesn't carry anything to other characters, and it gave up a correct fact as soon as I insisted it was wrong.

Does Xeve.ai ask for ID?

Not at sign-up. The docs say an ID and selfie check through Didit only happens when a payment provider or the law requires it.

Can I get a refund from Xeve.ai?

As a rule, no: memberships, one-time payments and credits are non-refundable. EU buyers can withdraw within 14 days, and support reviews exceptional cases.
