What Is Mistress.to?

Mistress.to is an AI femdom platform: 85 dominant characters you chat with, an image studio bolted onto the same character system, a video generator, voice, and a Training module that hands you timed obedience assignments. I've been testing AI companions for two years and this is the first one I've seen that picked a single dynamic and built everything around it. She got both right, refused to leave character while answering, and told me to stop auditing her. That's the correct behaviour on both counts and plenty of companion apps fail one half of it.

Replies took between 9 and 23 seconds. Long messages arrive as two or three separate bubbles, which reads more like texting than a wall of prose.

Training, the part that's actually new

Training is a separate module from chat. You pick a domme, hit Train Now, and she writes you an assignment with a countdown.

Mine cost 1 token and came with a 70 second timer. The instruction was explicit, on theme for her kink list, and framed as a set to hold. Two buttons: Give Up, and a Done button that unlocks after ten seconds.

I hit Done early, at about twenty seconds, to see what would happen. She noticed. The result screen gave me a score of 10, a streak of one, a rank of Unproven, and a line telling me twenty seconds was too eager and next time I should savour it. So the system logs your real hold time and reacts to it.

Here's the gap, though: nothing stops you finishing at ten seconds every time. The timer is theatre, and the score goes up regardless. There's an optional High Stakes mode with token fines, which is where the mechanic gets teeth, but the default run is honour-system.

You can also enroll in multi-day programs or hand her full control at Mild, Strict or Extreme. I ran the quick session only.

Image studio

Six tokens per image, four to regenerate the same setup. Roughly fifty seconds a shot.

The prompt is assembled for you from five preset menus: style, outfit, scene, pose and camera angle. Outfits run from Nude and Lingerie through Latex bodysuit, Leather corset, Pencil Skirt and, for some reason, Gym Wear. You watch the sentence build itself at the top of the page as you click.

There is no free text field. None. If you want her in a specific room doing a specific thing that isn't on the menu, you can't ask. For a femdom product this stings more than usual, because the whole point is the scenario, and the scenario menu is short. Compare that to any dedicated NSFW image generator where the prompt box is the product.

Output itself is fine. Faces stay consistent with the profile pictures, skin texture holds up, nothing mangled in the hands on my generations.

Video

Video is where I have a problem. It's MiniMax H3, 5 seconds, 480p, Standard or Spicy, 55 tokens a go. And here you do get a free text field for the action, which makes the missing one in the image studio even stranger.

First attempt sat at 98 percent for nine minutes, then disappeared from the saved strip. The 55 tokens came back to my balance without me asking, which I'll credit them for.

Second attempt took the 55 tokens, left a 5s card in the saved strip, and I could not get it to play or download. Two for two.

So treat the "up to 20 videos a month" line on the pricing page as untested capacity rather than a feature.

The "Live Webcams" section

This one bothered me. The front page carries a Live Webcams row, and each entry opens a page styled as a cam show: a LIVE badge, a viewer count (89 on the one I opened), a chat scrolling with handles like burnt_cliff and afterwork88 announcing tips of 30 and 90 tokens, plus Send Tip and Private buttons.

The performers are the same AI characters from the directory and the footage loops. There is no disclaimer anywhere on that page. The terms of service do say all output is synthetic, which covers them legally, but a screen that reports how many people are watching and shows strangers tipping is not the place to leave that unsaid.

Voice and custom dommes

Voice messages cost 1 token on Premium Plus, 1.5 on Premium. Calls run 10 tokens a minute on both, so an hour of talking is 600 tokens, roughly half a Premium Plus month.

The custom builder is four steps: realistic or anime, then ethnicity, age, head and body, then personality, which is where it gets interesting. You pick a voice with an accent (French, German, Russian, Italian and more), a strictness level from 1 to 10, an archetype, and up to three kinks. Three is the cap and I'd have liked five.

Interface and Output Quality

The site is a Next.js app and behaves like one, fast navigation, no page reloads, works fine on a phone. Dark red and black throughout, no cartoon hearts, which suits the subject.

Character pages are the one piece of SEO work somebody clearly thought about: age, archetype, appearance, specialties and a short "what to expect" paragraph, each on its own URL.

The Feed is the weak spot. It's a social wall with, at the time of writing, one post and three comments. One of those comments is a raw error string telling somebody to set an API key. A dead community feature is a small thing, but leaving a system error sitting in public view is the kind of detail that tells you how much attention the non-core parts get.

The Gallery is a curated set of looks with tags like latex, stockings, goth and feet, each with a handful of images. It's a shop window for the custom builder more than a gallery.

One structural note worth knowing: every global domme on the site was created between 26 April and 15 May 2026. Profiles have been edited since, most recently 22 August, but no new characters have been added in three and a half months. If you burn through the roster, there isn't a stream of new faces coming.

Mistress.to Cost: Plans, Tokens and the Fine Print

Two tiers, three billing cycles, plus a lifetime deal. Every price below is what a US card gets charged, which matters here more than usual, see the currency note further down.

Premium is 300 tokens a month, Premium Plus is 1,250 plus triple memory and priority model access. Text chat is unlimited on both, which is the single most important fact about this pricing. If you only talk, the cheapest plan is genuinely enough.

Token top-ups exist for everyone on a paid plan and run from about $8.49 for 500 up to about $144.99 for 21,500. Those figures come from the store converted back to dollars, not from a US-geo capture, so treat them as approximate.

Three things in the fine print I'd want to know before paying.

First, the yearly Premium Plus card shows $8.99 a month and the checkout line under it says $119.88 for twelve months. Those don't agree. $119.88 over twelve is $9.99. The yearly Premium card is consistent ($4.00 times twelve is $48.00), so this looks like a mistake on one tier rather than a policy, but you pay the higher number.

Second, refunds are described three different ways in three places. The pricing page carries a big 30-day money-back guarantee banner. The refund policy says the guarantee covers verified failures to deliver, explicitly not change of mind and explicitly not "I did not like the AI". The FAQ says all sales are final and that they're under no obligation to refund. Read the refund policy and assume that one is the real one.

Third, the lifetime offer is capped at 100 buyers with a live counter. It read 83 claimed, 17 left when I checked. I have no way to verify that counter and neither do you.

Billing runs through Centrobill on a hosted page, cards and crypto. Crypto subscriptions don't auto-renew, you repurchase manually, which some people will consider the main reason to pay in crypto here.

A note on the price you see

The site converts USD to your local currency in the browser using a live exchange rate, and the footnote admits the charge lands in dollars. From Europe I was shown euros throughout, and the euro figures are just the dollar prices multiplied by the day's rate. So the number on your screen is not the number on your statement, and if the rate moves, the screen moves with it. The dollar figures in this review were captured from a US connection.

Chat is unlimited on every tier, so the plan you need depends entirely on how much visual output you want. Premium at $4/mo on the yearly plan and 300 tokens covers about 50 images. Premium Plus at an effective $9.99/mo gets you 1,250 tokens, which is 208 images or 22 clips, and the 3x memory. If you're a talker, buy the cheap one. The $250 lifetime only pays for itself after roughly 25 months of Premium Plus, and you're betting on a site that is four months old.

Privacy and Safety

Better than I expected for a four-month-old site. The privacy policy names a controller with a street address, explains what Google and Discord sign-in hand over, and describes what happens on account deletion: profile and chat histories go, they keep what they're legally required to keep.

Clearing a single chat wipes the conversation, her memory of it, and any images or scores attached to that thread. Your token balance survives. That's spelled out in the FAQ and it's the right split.

No KYC, no ID upload, no phone number. Passwordless login means there's no password of yours to leak. Centrobill is a mainstream adult processor, so the statement line won't say Mistress.to.

The one thing that undercuts the picture is the refund contradiction above. Legal pages that disagree with the marketing on the same site are a trust problem even when nobody's acting in bad faith.
