PornWorks AI Review, Is It Worth It in 2026?

Free-to-start AI porn generator with 12 models, video, an AI image editor and the cheapest credit maths in the category

8.3 /10 Excellent How we rate

PornWorks AI gives you more output per dollar than anything else I have priced in this category: 30,000 credits for $7.99 a month is about 1,500 images. The catches are that video and your own-image editing sit on the top tier only, nobody is named as the company behind it, and the marketing pages still advertise undress and face swap tools whose links are dead.

Three expert ratings based on hands-on testing. How we rate →

๐ŸŽจ Quality 8/10 (50%)
  • Twelve checkpoints split between photoreal and anime, plus a stackable LoRA library
  • Image, video (up to 1080p), animation and a natural-language image editor in one interface
  • 4K upscaling and Full HD output on the two upper tiers, 12 images per prompt on the top one
  • No chat, no roleplay, no voice: this is a generation tool and nothing else
๐Ÿ’ฐ Value 9/10 (30%)
  • Entry at $2.99/mo and $3.99/mo on the annual mid plan, cheapest serious pricing in the category
  • Free lane is genuinely usable: zero credits on signup, but generation still runs and came back in eight seconds
  • 30,000 credits at 20 credits an image is roughly 1,500 fast images a month
  • Pricing is published openly with no signup wall, and crypto sits next to cards
  • Video, AI characters and editing your own uploads are locked to the $14.99 tier
๐Ÿ›ก๏ธ Trust 6/10 (20%)
  • Privacy policy names "Pornworks.com" as the data controller: no company, no address, no jurisdiction
  • GDPR, ยง2257, acceptable use and content removal pages all exist and read like real documents
  • Marketing pages advertise two tools whose links 404 and which no plan lists any more
  • Self-declared age gate, and every generated file carries embedded IP and timestamp metadata

๐Ÿ‘ Pros & Cons

โœ… What We Like

  • Cheapest serious entry price in the category: $2.99/mo, or $3.99/mo on the annual mid plan
  • Credit maths beats everything else here: 30,000 credits at 20 per image is around 1,500 images a month
  • Free account is one email field, no card, and the free queue still generates: my test image came back in eight seconds
  • Twelve checkpoints across photoreal and anime, plus a LoRA library you can stack on any prompt
  • Bitcoin, Ethereum and Litecoin alongside cards and Google Pay, with local currency pricing
  • Pricing published openly, no signup wall in front of the interface or the plans
  • The gallery Repeat button loads any public prompt into your own generator
  • The terms hand copyright on generated output to the user

โš ๏ธ What Could Be Better

  • Video generation, AI characters and editing your own uploads are locked to the $14.99 tier
  • No annual option on the entry plan, so the cheapest yearly commitment is the middle tier
  • Marketing pages still advertise undress and face swap tools whose links 404 and which no plan lists
  • The privacy policy names the website itself as data controller: no company, address or jurisdiction anywhere
  • Credits bought outside a subscription expire after three months and all sales are final
  • No chat, roleplay, voice or memory: it is a generator only
  • A new free account starts on zero credits, so every model and mode that costs credits is paywalled from minute one

What Is PornWorks AI?

PornWorks AI is a text-to-image and text-to-video AI porn generator. It is not a companion app. There is no girlfriend to talk to, no roleplay thread to keep alive, no voice notes. You write a prompt, pick a model, press Generate, and the machine hands you pictures. That narrow scope is the whole personality of the product, and it is also why the pricing ends up where it does.

Two notes on the address before anything else. The tool used to live on pornworks.ai and now runs on pornworks.com, so a lot of older links and older reviews point at a domain that no longer serves the app. And the site is really two sites: pornworks.com/en is a WordPress marketing layer with blog posts and feature pages, while the product sits one click deeper at /en/generate. Those two halves are not in sync, and I will come back to that because it caused the ugliest thing I found here.

The counters on the front page claim 3 million unique visitors a month, 50,000 active users a day and 600,000 images and videos generated daily, with a Trustpilot badge reading "Trusted by 1M users." All of that is self-reported.

Getting Started

An age gate ("I'm 18 or older", a button, that is the entire verification), then you are in. No email, no card, no paywall in front of the interface. The generator opens with a sample prompt already sitting in the box, which is a small kindness: you get to see the shape of a prompt that works before you write your own.

PornWorks sells itself as a free AI porn generator you can use without registering, and everything up to the Generate button is open while you are logged out. Then I made a free account to see what changes. Registration is one field: an email address and a terms checkbox. No password to invent, no card, no captcha. The password lands in your inbox seconds later together with a one-click login link.

Here is the part I did not expect. A brand new account starts on zero credits. Not fifty, not ten free generations, zero, and the balance sits in the header where you cannot miss it. I pressed Generate anyway and it worked: eight seconds from click to a finished HD thumbnail in my private feed, on the Express setting with fast generation switched off. So the free lane is real and it is not slow. It just comes with no credits whatsoever, because credits buy the fast queue and the PRO-only modes, not the right to generate.

Image generated on a free PornWorks AI account: a woman in a red dress in a modern kitchen, produced in eight seconds on the Express queue

That is my own first generation, thumbnail as the platform served it, from the prompt "portrait of a woman in a red dress standing in a modern kitchen, photorealistic". I kept the test prompts clothed on purpose; the platform is happy to go anywhere you point it.

The first thing that greets you above the prompt box is a red warning about illegal content and content involving minors, with a line about being banned without a refund and reported to law enforcement. Blunt, and I would much rather see it than not see it.

The image generator

The prompt box takes 3,000 characters. Across the top there are five controls: Prompt, Characters, Model, Templates and an aspect-ratio picker that sits at 1:1 until you change it. On the left of the box is an Upload image slot for image-to-image work. Under it runs a strip with a Settings drawer, a three-way switch labelled Express, Speed and Quality, the credit cost of the next generation, and the Generate button.

Express is the free lane. Speed and Quality both carry a PRO tag. Next to them sits a fast-generation toggle that read 20 credits per image and was switched off by default, which lines up with how the plans are worded: what you buy is access to the fast queue, and free users wait in the ordinary one.

Models

Twelve checkpoints, split into Realistic and Artistic. Realistic holds Dark Queen (flagged new), Nude People, Real Porn, Real Porn Illustrious, Real Porn Pony, Sexy & Beauty, Lux Nude People and Bad Boys, which is the gay-oriented one. Artistic holds Hardcore Fantasy, Anime Desire, Anime Desire Illustrious and Anime Desire Pony. Each card is tagged ULTRA or LUX, and the site's own advice is to run the same prompt through several models and keep whichever you like best.

Good advice. It also costs credits every time you follow it. And logged out, every single model card in that picker carries a Get PRO link, which tells you something about how much of the model lineup the free lane really reaches.

Templates, which are LoRAs

The Templates tab is a LoRA library you stack on top of a prompt. It is filtered by the categories you would expect (Bikini, Anime, Doggystyle, Anal, Hentai, Blowjob, Japanese, Boobs, Masturbation and so on) and then there are individually named ones: Chun Li in both Pony and SDXL flavours, Tifa Lockhart in both, a Disney princess pack, a Detail Tweaker XL, a negative embedding called unaestheticXL. The file paths behind those thumbnails begin with "civit-", so a good chunk of this library is imported from CivitAI rather than trained in house. Worth knowing if you care where the character likenesses came from, and worth knowing that the licensing on that kind of import is somebody else's problem until it is yours.

Video and Flick

Video is its own tab under Generate with the same prompt box, its own model, an upload slot, resolution buttons at 480p, 720p and 1080p, and the same Express / Speed / Quality switch. At 480p on Express the cost readout showed 400 credits, twenty times what an image costs. Flick is the third generator and the site itself calls it experimental in a dialog that pops up the moment you open it; it turns a template or an uploaded image into a short animation.

Banana, the editor

The newest thing in the nav, badged New, is an image editor rather than a generator. You drop in a picture and describe the change in plain English; the demo running on the page is a woman in an orange dress and the instruction "Move her to a school classroom." It is the nano-banana style of edit applied to adult images. One catch worth pricing in: only the top plan lists inpainting on your own uploads, while the two cheaper tiers can only repaint images the platform generated itself.

PornWorks AI Banana image editor with the Choose image file button and a natural-language edit prompt example

The gallery and the Repeat button

Every public generation lands in a hashtag-searchable gallery, and each item has a Repeat button that drops that exact prompt into your own generator. This is the feature I would actually use day to day. Instead of learning prompt syntax out of a guide, you scroll until something looks close to what you had in mind and start from the prompt that produced it. Community libraries are usually the thing companion apps brag about; here the community output is functioning as documentation.

What happened to Undress and Face Swap

Here is the mess I promised. The marketing homepage still sells Undress ("Remove clothes on photos with AI") and Face Swap ("Replace a face in a porn video") at the very top of the page, each with its own section and its own button. Those buttons point at /undress and /faceswap. Both return 404. Neither tool is in the app's navigation, neither is in the footer's own "Our tools" list, and neither appears in the perk list of any of the three paid plans. Our snapshot of this offer from March had both features spelled out by name on the cheapest tier.

I checked again from inside the account and it is the same story: /undress and /faceswap still 404, while /generate/undress and /generate/faceswap quietly bounce you to the Get a Pro page instead of opening a tool. So they were retired and nobody told the marketing side of the house. If undress or deepfake face swap is the reason you are looking at this tool, do not hand over money on the strength of that homepage.

Output Quality and Speed

What the plans promise on paper: HD on the entry tier, Full HD on the two above it, 4K upscaling from the middle tier up. Multi-generation, meaning how many images one prompt fires at once, runs 4, 6 and 12 by tier. Video tops out at 1080p in the interface.

My own free-tier runs came back clean: correct anatomy, believable light, no melted hands, HD tag on the file. That is a small sample of tame prompts, so for the explicit end I am reading the public gallery instead, where the photoreal checkpoints look current generation and faces stay consistent across a set. The anime side is more uneven, which is what you would expect from a stack built on Pony and Illustrious derivatives.

Speed I can put a number on. Eight seconds from pressing Generate to a finished thumbnail, on a free account, on Express, with fast generation off. That is supposed to be the slow queue. What the paid fast queue shaves off that I did not measure, because paying to time a difference of a few seconds is not a good use of anyone's money.

Interface and User Experience

Dark grey, orange accents, three items in the nav (Generate, Banana, Gallery) plus Get PRO. It is one of the less cluttered generators I have opened, and after a run of tools that bury the prompt box under upsells, that counts for something. Everything lives on one screen: prompt at the top, controls in a strip beneath it, your own feed underneath that, with Private feed, Public feed and Liked by me as tabs.

Seventeen interface languages, which is unusual in this category and suggests where the traffic is coming from. The site is responsive and fine on a phone. The homepage headline calls it a "powerful mobile app", but I could not find a store listing or a download link anywhere on the page carrying that headline, so read "app" as the web app on your phone until they publish otherwise.

PornWorks AI Pricing and the Credit System

Lite

$2.99/monthly

11,200 fast-queue credits/mo, HD images, 2,500 image storage, 4 images per prompt, inpainting on generated images. No annual option ($2.39/mo on 3 months).

Plus

$7.99/monthly

30,000 credits/mo, Full HD, 5,000 storage, 6 images per prompt, 4K upscaling, newest realistic models. $3.99/mo billed annually ($47.94/yr).

Best Value

Ultimate

$14.99/monthly

50,000 credits/mo, unlimited storage, 12 images per prompt, video generation, AI characters, inpainting on your own uploads. $7.49/mo billed annually ($89.94/yr).

Payment methods: ๐Ÿ’ณ Visa / Mastercard Google Pay ๐Ÿช™ Crypto

Cost per Generation

Based on Plus ($7.99/mo, 30,000 credits) (30000 credits/mo included):

Image $0.01
Video $0.11
Chat Not available

That's roughly 1500 images or 75 videos per month on your subscription alone.

Pricing is published openly at /en/getpro with no signup wall in front of it, which was not true of this offer six months ago and is still not true of several competitors. Three tiers, three billing terms.

PlanCredits/month1 month3 months1 year
Lite11,200$2.99$2.39/mo ($7.17)Not available
Plus30,000$7.99$6.39/mo ($19.17)$3.99/mo ($47.94)
Ultimate50,000$14.99$11.99/mo ($35.97)$7.49/mo ($89.94)

Quarterly saves 20 percent, annual saves 50 percent, and the entry tier has no annual option at all: the toggle just reads "Not available" over the Lite card. So the cheapest thing you can commit to for a year is the middle plan at $3.99 a month.

PornWorks AI Get a Pro page showing Lite $2.99, Plus $7.99 and Ultimate $14.99 monthly plans with Visa, Mastercard, Google Pay and crypto payment options

The credits are where the arithmetic gets interesting. An image on the fast queue read 20 credits, a 480p video 400. Take the middle plan: 30,000 credits for $7.99 a month, or $3.99 if you pay for the year, works out to roughly 1,500 fast images a month, or about 75 short videos, before you top anything up. The top plan's 50,000 credits land near 2,500 images or 125 videos. Whatever else is wrong here, nobody else in this category is handing out that much output at that price.

One thing to watch from Europe: the payment page reads your country off your IP, and on a Spanish IP it flipped to euros with the digits untouched, โ‚ฌ2.99, โ‚ฌ7.99 and โ‚ฌ14.99. Same numbers, different currency, so an EU buyer pays noticeably more than the dollar prices above for the same plan.

Two catches sit in the terms rather than on the pricing page. All sales are final and refunds happen only where the law forces them or where the company feels like it. And credits bought outside a subscription expire three months after purchase, so top-up packs are use-them-or-lose-them.

Payment is Visa, Mastercard, Google Pay, Bitcoin, Ethereum and Litecoin, with a country and currency selector covering a long list of local currencies. Crypto being a real option rather than a coming-soon badge matters here; our AI porn payment guide goes through how billing descriptors and crypto processors behave across these platforms.

Is PornWorks AI Worth the Money?

At $3.99 a month on the annual middle plan you get 30,000 credits, which is roughly 1,500 fast images. Nothing else in this category comes close on output per dollar. The trade is that you are paying an operator who does not name itself, and that the two features the homepage shouts about loudest are not in the product any more.

Privacy and Safety

๐Ÿ‘ฅ 1M+ claimed users
๐Ÿšซ No ID verification

The good half of the ledger is genuinely good. Generated content goes to a private feed first and publishing to the community gallery is your call. The terms hand you the copyright on what you generate, to use or sell as you like. You can clear your storage and delete the account. There is a GDPR page, a ยง2257 page, an acceptable use policy and a content removal form, which is more paperwork than several better-known tools bother with. Crypto payment exists. No ID verification.

What bothers me is who is on the other side of it. The privacy policy has a section headed "Identity of the Data Controller" and the identity it supplies is "Pornworks.com". That is the website. There is no registered company name, no address and no jurisdiction anywhere on the site. The policy is written to a European shape, right down to retaining payment records for up to ten years under EU accounting law, yet it never says which European entity you would be dealing with if something went wrong. For a service holding your prompts, your uploads and your billing address, that hole is the single biggest reason this sits at 8.3 instead of higher.

One more thing to know before you publish anything you make here: they embed hidden metadata, including IP address and timestamp, into every generated file, and they run visible and invisible watermarking on top of it, as an abuse trace. As policy that is defensible. As a fact about your output it is one you should hold on to.

All scores come from our expert rating system: three ratings (Quality, Value, Trust) combined into one number. If what you actually want is conversation rather than output, none of these four is the answer and you should be looking at AI chat platforms instead.

PornWorks AI vs CreatePorn: CreatePorn has the friendlier free lane and a cleaner gem economy, PornWorks costs a third as much per month and adds real video. PornWorks AI vs X-Pictures: X-Pictures still ships a working undress tool and premade characters, which PornWorks no longer appears to, but it charges $14.90 a month for a narrower toolset. PornWorks AI vs SpicyGen: SpicyGen is video-first with no subscription lock-in, PornWorks is the better buy if images are the bulk of what you generate.

What Users Say

The company points everything at Trustpilot. There is a badge in the corner of the pricing page, a rating widget on the homepage and a row of five-star testimonials underneath it. Here is the odd part: those testimonials link through web.archive.org snapshots rather than to live Trustpilot pages. I have no idea whether that is a caching decision, a blocking problem or something else, but a brand routing its own social proof through an archive service is not a thing I have seen elsewhere in this category, and it makes the reviews harder rather than easier to verify.

Beyond that, third-party coverage is thin. It has no meaningful footprint on the major adult review sites we track and no Reddit thread with enough substance to quote. For a platform claiming millions of monthly visitors, the outside paper trail is small. Draw from that what you like; I read it as a brand that grew on traffic rather than on reputation.

Who Should Use PornWorks AI?

Best for: people who want volume. If you generate in batches, iterate on prompts, and treat the model picker as something to experiment with rather than a one-time choice, the credit maths here is better than anything else I have priced in this category. The open pricing page, crypto payment and copyright handed to the user are all points in its favour, and the gallery Repeat button is the fastest prompt-learning tool I have used in a free AI porn tool.

Skip if: you want to know who you are paying. There is no company named anywhere, the age gate is a button, and the marketing pages are advertising two headline tools whose links are dead. Skip it too if you want conversation, roleplay or a companion, because there is none of that here, and if video is your main purpose then note that video generation only unlocks on the top tier.

FAQ

Is PornWorks AI free?

Yes, and I tested it on a free account. The catch is that a new account starts on zero credits, so nothing that costs credits is available from day one. Generating still works: my test image came back in eight seconds on the Express queue. Credits buy the fast queue, the PRO generation modes, higher resolution and storage.

How much does PornWorks AI cost?

Three tiers: Lite $2.99, Plus $7.99 and Ultimate $14.99 a month. Three months takes 20 percent off, a year takes 50 percent off, which puts Plus at $3.99 a month ($47.94 for the year) and Ultimate at $7.49 a month ($89.94). Lite has no annual option.

How many credits does an image cost?

An image on the fast queue read 20 credits and a 480p video read 400 while I was testing. On the 30,000-credit plan that works out to roughly 1,500 images or 75 short videos a month.

Does PornWorks AI generate video?

Yes, at 480p, 720p or 1080p, from a prompt or an uploaded file, plus a separate experimental animation tool called Flick. Video generation is listed only in the perks of the top Ultimate plan.

Can I use PornWorks AI without an account?

The generator loads and accepts a prompt with no login. Registering takes one field, an email address, and the password is mailed to you; there is no card and no captcha. The account is what gives you a private feed to save output to, and it starts with zero credits.

Does PornWorks AI accept crypto?

Yes. Bitcoin, Ethereum and Litecoin sit next to Visa, Mastercard and Google Pay on the payment page, with a country and currency selector for local pricing.

Does PornWorks AI still have an undress or face swap tool?

Not that I could find. The marketing homepage still advertises both, but those links return 404, neither tool appears in the app navigation or the footer tool list, and neither is named in the perks of any current plan. If you need those specifically, ask support before paying.

Who owns the images I generate?

You do, per the site's own FAQ: generated content carries your copyright and you can use or sell it. Note that every file also carries embedded metadata including IP and timestamp, plus visible and invisible watermarking.

Does PornWorks AI have a mobile app?

The homepage headline says so, but I found no App Store or Google Play listing and no download link on the site. In practice it is a responsive web app that works on a phone browser.

Ready to Try PornWorks AI?

Registration is an email address and nothing else, and a new account starts on zero credits. Generating still works on the Express queue (eight seconds in my test); credits buy the fast queue, the PRO modes, higher resolution and storage.
